1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using AdEstimate.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdEstimate is a SaaS platform designed for digital marketing agencies to create fully branded ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) estimations using data from integrated platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you confirm:

  • You are authorized to act on behalf of the agency using the Service.

  • All information provided is accurate and kept up-to-date.

  • You are at least 13 years old.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

4. Free Trials and Subscription Plans

AdEstimate may offer a 7-day free trial, or 30-day trial for early waitlist users, as specified during signup. After the trial period, you will have a possibility of purchasing a paid plan.

All pricing is provided on the website or via direct sales communication.

We might offer exclusive promotions/sales e.g. extended free trials.

5. Payment Terms

  • All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Payment methods may include credit/debit cards or other methods accepted by our payment provider.

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

Late payments may lead to service disruption.

6. User Data & Integrations

By connecting your Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other ad accounts, you grant us permission to access and analyze your campaign data solely for the purpose of generating performance estimates.

We do not access personal end-user data or use your data for any purpose other than operating the service.

7. Data Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties, and all integrations are secured via encrypted API connections.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, and materials provided by AdEstimate are our intellectual property (AGENDOO sp z o.o.). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or replicate any part of the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ROAS estimates, though we strive for high data reliability and transparency.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdEstimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 3 months.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • You breach these terms

  • Payment fails

  • You misuse or abuse the platform

Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days. Upon termination payment will not be refunded – service will be active to the end of the billing period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of  Wrocław, Poland.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are material, you will be notified via email or within the platform. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated terms.
